One of the first things we recommend you do on the platform is set up Care Plans for your clients. For clients completely new to your service, you're likely to complete an Initial Assessment and this will generate their Care Plan.
For any clients that are existing and are being added to the platform, you can skip the Initial Assessment step and jump straight into reviewing Care Plans. We recommend that you archive any Care Plans that are not applicable to the care you’re providing.
Adding a new Care Plan
If you find that the preset Care Plans aren't quite fitting, you can create a custom Care Plan.
Step 1: Select a client profile then under the 'Care Planning' tab, navigate to Care Plans
Step 2: Click 'Add a Care Plan'
From here you can add your own title and a blank Care Plan will be created. You will not be able to delete this Care Plan once it has been added, but you can archive it if it is not needed anymore.
From here, you can click the 'Review Care Plan' button to add information. We have an article on how you can review Care Plans here.
