When all the Initial Assessment sections have been saved as done, you’ll be able to finalise the initial assessment.

Once all the Initial Assessment sections are showing as 'Done' with a green tick, the button will change to a brighter green colour at the bottom.

This will take all of the information that you have added in the initial assessments and generate a care plan for the client. You can also press the ' add care plan' button to add a new care plan.
