An initial assessment can only be created for a new client that has no care plans attached/reviewed.
Step 1: Go to the Initial Assessment tab and click on the client you want to start the assessment for
Step 2: Click 'Start initial assessment' and select a section to complete
Step 3: Go through the questions set out
Any information you give in these questions will be used to generate the clients’ care plan. You can preview what the care plan will look like by turning on the ‘Preview document’ toggle at the bottom.
Step 4: Save the initial assessment section
Save as draft
If you’re not quite finished with a section you can press the ‘Save as draft’ button. This will save anything you’ve filled in so far and you can come back to it at any time.
Save as done
If you’re finished with this initial assessment section, press the ‘Save as done’ button.
You will need all the initial assessment sections to be 'Done' before you can move on and finalise the initial assessment.
