If you find that a care plan is not needed for a client, you won’t be able to delete it but you can save it as having 'no identified need' and therefore you will no longer need to review or update it. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Choose that care plan that has no identified need
Step 2: Press ‘Review Care Plan’
Step 3: At the bottom of the page choose ‘No further support required' in the next review section and click save
You will no longer be required or prompted to update that care plan. It can still be found at the very bottom of the care plan dashboard and you can edit it at anytime by pressing ‘Review Care Plan’.
