The Care Office is your control centre giving you a real-time overview of what's happening in your service, wherever you are. From here, you can add team members and clients, assign tasks, access reports, upload documents and more.
Only admins and senior carers can access the Care Office. Carers can only use their log-in credentials to open the Carer App.

You can do this by either visiting our website and clicking on 'Log-in' on the top right hand corner of your screen.

Step 3 - Log in
Once you’re on the login page you can enter your email address and password to get into the Care Office.
