Note: You will need to have administrator access to add a new team member.

Step 1: Log into your account via the Care Office.

Step 2: Via the main dashboard, you will need to click on 'Invite Team Member'

Or you can navigate to 'Team' in the top menu to see a list of your team members, their details and their roles.

Step 3: Add the team member's name, email address and access role, and then click on the 'Invite Team Member' button.

Clicking on this button will trigger the system to send the team member an email to set up their account.

They'll receive an email to set their PIN (mobile App) or password (Care Office). If they don't receive them, you can also manage this within the Care Office yourself by:

  1. Going to the team section (top menu)

  2. Clicking the team member's name

  3. Re-send the invite

Carer

They will have access just to the Carer App in order to record daily notes, complete to-dos, and view client information such as care plans, next of kin details and charts.

Senior Carer

They will have access to the Carer App and the Care Office. Senior carers can only view client information, and fully manage care plans (adding, editing, and removing). They can also add logs and to-dos, as well as view reports. In addition to this, they can export information in CSV or PDF format.

Administrator

They will have full access to the Carer App and Care Office. They can do everything that a senior carer can and more! Administrators can create and edit carers and clients, and manage devices that have access to their home with (DAC) Device Access Control. Furthermore, they can access the settings in order to manage billings and set preferences.

Summary:

  • Administrators have full access to both Care Office and Carer App.

  • Senior Carers have full access to the Carer App and limited access to the Care, however, they will still be able to see all of the clients

  • Carers only have access to the Carer App.
