If you're an admin, you will be able to grant your team members medication permission.
When you add a team member, you’ll assign them with admin, senior carer or carer access. Read more about roles here. For eMAR, admins and senior carers will automatically have medication permissions, carers will not – they will only be able to view medication.
If you need to change anyone's medication permission, follow these two simple steps:
Step 1 - Log into the Care Office and head to the ' Team' section
Step 2- Click on the team member whose medication permission you want to edit, change their permission status and then click save!
Below is a detailed table of what each level can access when you give medications permissions within the eMAR add-on.
For medication permission, please note the following:
Care Office:
Admins can add, remove and edit medication. They can also edit round outcomes, e.g., mark "refused to administration."
Senior Carers can only add, remove and view medication
Carer App:
All roles can view and sign medication.
