In the Carer App, we've set up a default list of log items for your home to use. We’ve taken everything you need to record for CQC requirements and mapped them out into 8 categories so everything’s nice and easy for your team to find. You can customise these log options to better fit the type of care you provide by following the steps below.
Before creating custom logs, review your enabled logs via preferences in the Care Office. We'll outline how this is done below.
Step 1: Go to Settings in the Care Office
Step 2: Choose the Preferences tab
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'Log options' section

Option 1: Choose to toggle a log option off
If you toggle a log option off, that log option will no longer appear in the app. Carers will no longer be able to write logs with that log option.

Option 2: Choose to toggle a log option on
Some log options are automatically turned off. This is configured on our side depending on the type of care you provide.
If you toggle a log option on, that log option will now appear in the app. Carers will be able to write logs using that log option.
Step 5: Save Changes
Log out of the app and log back in to see any changes that have been made.
