Before any client charts get populated, your team must first make some entries using the Carer App.
Once they have, you may want to see the completed charts in the Care Office. Just select the client you who's chart you want to view and select charts in the sub menu on the left.
Each client has a dashboard, which will look a little like this after they've had measurements recorded for them:
Custom entries do not show on the charts.
If data has not been recorded yet for that chart, it will show in the "No Recorded Data" list. By clicking on any of the charts in this list, you will be able to view sample charts.
To view a chart that has data recorded, click on the icon of the one you'd like to see. For example, clicking on the "food" icon takes us to the food chart for this client:
From here, you can vary the dates that you want to see information for and export the chart if you need to using the 'Download PDF' button.
For health visits, only Health Professional and Hospital log entries appear on the chart. Custom entries do not show. To ensure all logs display correctly on the chart, users can use the Health Professional log and can customise the title if needed.
