There are a number of charts which will automatically populate charts when you enter a log which asks you for numbers. To add a log please see here.
To view a chart:
Step 1 - Please tap on the resident button in the bottom menu.
Step 2 - Then select the relevant resident
Step 3 - A list like this will then appear, please then select 'Charts'
Step 4 - Please then select the relevant chart
Step 5 - This will then display you chart, you can change the time period using the buttons at the top of the chart
To add another chart entry/update the chart, just create a new care log.
