When you open a log, you’ll see:

  • Service user’s name at the top, followed by Logs

  • Log title and icon displayed clearly below the header

These logs details will now capture:

  • Full description of the log entry

  • Measurements (e.g. fluids, blood pressure) with units

  • A link to charts when measurements are available

  • Medication outcomes (e.g. AD = Administered, R = Refused, AT = Already Taken)

  • Flag for handover if marked

  • Service user involvement note if they contributed

  • Location text if recorded (e.g. “Living room”)

  • Date and time logged

  • Carer name and avatar who recorded the log

  • Edited status if the log was changed after creation (e.g. “Edited on 12 Aug 2025, 3:45 PM”)

  • Witness details (name and avatar) if a witness was recorded

Media Attachments

If a log includes images or videos, you’ll see:

  • Up to 3 image thumbnails or 1 video thumbnail

  • Tap a thumbnail to open it in full view, with swipe navigation for multiple files

Linked Goals

If the log is linked to goals, you’ll see:

  • Goal name

  • Progress percentage

  • Status label (e.g. In progress, Paused)

👉 Tap a goal to open its full details.

If there are no linked goals, this section won’t appear.

Location

  • If location tracking is enabled, a map will show where the log was created.

  • If location tracking is disabled, you’ll see “GPS disabled”.

✅ With this update, reviewing logs in the Carer App is clearer, more detailed, and easier to navigate.
