First, you need to have an account with Log my Care and have set your 4 digit PIN.
If you are an administrator and have already signed into the Care Office, you should have received a separate email to set your PIN and give you app access too.
If you are a carer, you need to ask an administrator from your organisation to set an account up for you and you should then get an email with your PIN details.
Once you have set your PIN, you need to install our app on your mobile device from the app store. You can search for "log my care".
Once installed, you'll need your email address and PIN to sign in.
