On the Log my Care platform, seizures can be logged under the incident log category, allowing you to document the length of an event in minutes. Epilepsy is a common condition that can cause recurring seizures that are shorter in length and so are often recorded in seconds.
With the short seizure log option (found under the Health Recordings) log category you’re able to record these instances more accurately.
To access the short seizure option in the app, you will need to enable the log option via the Care Office preferences
All-in-one Seizure Chart
To locate the chart on a client's profile, head to Charts > General Charts. On the right side of the page under Health Recordings you will find the chart.
The chart encompasses both types of seizures; those that were logged as incidents and those logged as a short seizure.
