How to manage your devices across multiple sites

As an admin with access to multiple sites, you have the convenience of managing device access effectively. For existing team members, all devices currently in use are visible in the Device Access Control (DAC) dashboard.

To edit a device across multiple homes, you want to follow these simple steps:

Step 1- Navigate to the Teams tab and select the Devices sub-heading.

Step 2- Click directly on the device you wish to manage.

Alternatively, click on the three dots on the right-hand side and choose "Manage" from the menu.

Under Manage Devices, you will be able to change the device name and view important information such as the app version and model. You will also have the ability to bulk approve devices.

You can do this by clicking on the box next to the site name.

This will highlight the section below, where you have the ability to bulk approve all selected devices. You can also block and approve devices one by one on the right-hand side under actions.

Note: You aren't able to bulk-block devices at the moment.
