We first want to start by letting you know that Device Access Control is automatically switched off and Shift Password is automatically switched on in your site's settings.
Pre-July 2023, all devices that are in use will appear on the Device Access Control dashboard under the ’approved’ tab. To block devices, you can go to Manage Devices.
Enabling Device Access Control
To enable Device Access Control, simply head to the settings cog in the Care Office, then navigate to the 'Preferences' tab
Once enabled, you will see a new section under the 'Team' tab at the top of the page called 'Devices':
From here, you can view all approved or blocked devices and view devices that are pending approval as well as view all device sign-ins.
