Step 1: Log into the Carer app with your 4-digit pin π±
Step 2: Access Request page π«
Once you've entered your pin, you will be met with the access request page where you need to enter a device name and can add an optional note for your admin to see.
We recommend adding a message so your admin is clear on who is requesting access!
It is important to ensure you are connected to the internet in order to submit your request as this will not reach an admin otherwise.
Step 3: Waiting for approval β³
After submitting your request, please wait for approval. You will see a page prompting you to wait for approval from an admin of the home. An email will be sent notifying them of the request and once approved, you will receive a push notification to let you know you can access the app.
Step 4: Device approved β
Once your manager has acknowledged your request for access to the home, you'll be able to log into the app as normal with your 4-digit pin moving forward.
If your device has been blocked, you will need to contact your manager directly.
