Once a dot is no longer needed on a body map, for example, a bruise that has healed, you can move that dot into the body map's history.

Note: Once a dot has been resolved you will no longer be able to add new comments to it.

To learn how to resolve a dot, follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Go to the client's body map

Step 2 - Choose the dot that you want to resolve

Step 3 - Press the green ‘Add comment’ at the top of the page

Step 4 - You'll first be asked to write the new comment for the dot

Here, you can write specific details why you want to remove the dot from the body map.

Step 5 - You'll then be asked if want to resolve the dot. Press 'Yes' to resolve it.

Step 6 - Save

This dot will be removed from the home page of body maps. You can always access the dot in the body map's history section in the Care Office or in the Carer App.
