Body maps are essential to track different areas on a client's body. With our body maps, you can now have all of that information stored in one place and easily keep track of different incidents.

Add a dot to the body map

The first thing to do when you'd like to start tracking an area on a body is to add a new dot on the body map in the Carer App.

You can add as many dots as you’d like onto the body map and you’ll be able to see a clear overview of the front and back of the body in the Carer App and Care Office.

Add a comment to a dot

Instead of adding another dot to the body, you can simply add a comment to the existing dot. This way, all of the information about the injury will be in one place.

Resolve the dot

Once that injury has healed (or you'd no longer like it to appear on the body map) you’ll can remove the dot from the body map. This will mean that you can no longer add comments to it but you will always have access to it in the body maps history.
