Instead of adding a new dot to a client's body map every time you'd like to make an update, you can add a comments to existing dots. Adding comments to a dot is the best way to keep track of how an injury is progressing and keep all the information relating to the injury in one place.
To add a comment to an existing dot, follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Go to the client's body map
Step 2 - Choose the dot that you want to add a comment for
Step 3 - Press the green ‘Add comment’ at the top of the page
Step 4 - You'll be able to write the new comment for the dot
The next question will ask you if you want to resolve the dot. If you resolve the dot, it will go into the body maps history and you'll no longer be able to add new comments.
Step 5 - Save comment
This new comment will be attached to this dot and you can read all the comments in the Carer App and in the charts section in the Care Office.
