Here, you’re able to see all the past revisions of that care plan, complete with the date and time of when they were created as well as who has reviewed the care plan.

Search – To search for a care plan you can either use the date picker at the top or scroll through months.

Print / Save – You can also save any version of a Care Plan using the ‘Download PDF’ button.
