Step 1: Open the Risk Assessment
Navigate to the Risk Assessment you would like to review.
You can access Risk Assessments either:
From within the relevant Care Plan
From the Risk Assessment Dashboard
Step 2: Select History
Click the History button within the Risk Assessment.
From here, you'll be able to view all previous versions of the Risk Assessment, including:
The date and time of each revision
The risk score at that point in time
The team member who reviewed or updated the assessment
Step 3: Sort historical versions
You can sort the revision history by:
Most recent updates
Risk score (highest to lowest)
Risk score (lowest to highest)
This makes it easier to find the version you're looking for.
Download or print a previous version
To save or print a historical version of a Risk Assessment, select the revision you would like to view and click Download PDF.
This will generate a PDF copy of that specific version of the Risk Assessment.
