Step 1 – Go the risk assessment
You can view risk assessments from inside a care plan or in the risk assessment dashboard.
Step 2 – Press the History button
From here, you can see all the past revisions of that risk assessment, complete with the date and time of when they were last updated as well as who has reviewed them.
You can sort the risk assessments by most recent and by their risk score (descending or ascending)
Print / Save – You can also save any older versions of a risk assessment using the ‘Download PDF’ button
