An alternative to logging in using your email and password is using an email link.

Once you've clicked to log in with an email link, confirm your email and click 'send'

Clicking passwordless log in will take you to the Care Office login screen. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication set up, you will need to use a method to access the platform
