To help you track steps your service user is making towards an outcome, you can link any log towards a goal.

Your team can link logs to goals when recording via the Carer app.

We understand that your team may not link to the goal at the time of saving, so you can link any recorded logs to goals after they've been recorded

To do this, you must be a Care Office admin

Step 1: Choose the log 🖥️

Head to the logs page in the Care Office and select the log you would like to link to a goal

Step 2: Click on the blue edit button ✏️

Step 3: Link to a goal and click 'Save' 🔗

If a log is relevant to more than one goal, you can choose multiple goals by clicking in the white space after the first goal

It'll now appear on the timeline for this goal! 📆
