It happens to us all, mistakes or typos get made. The good news is that you can revise logs in the Care Office and also keep compliant by storing a record of what's changed and by whom.
To revise a log in the Care Office, you want to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Logs Dashboard in the Care Office and click on the title of the log you'd like to edit.
Step 2: Press the "Edit" button on the right-hand side and make any relevant changes to the log as required then click save.
Any changes are stored as 'Log Revisions' under each log.
Once a log is added, it is not possible to revise a log via the Carer app. Please speak with an admin member of your team so they can make amendments.
