Can I delete a log or change a log from the wrong Client?

You can choose to remove any log in the system. Doing this will change the title of the log to ‘Log Removed’ and clear the description.

You will be able to see the original log under the 'Log Revisions' section. We took this decision based on advice that regulators rightly don't like content to be deletable as there should always be a trace.

To remove a log, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the log you would like to remove

You can click on a log from anywhere in the Care Office (the daily logs, charts or the full logs page).

Step 2: Press the "Edit" button on the right-hand side then press the red "Bin" icon.

Step 3: If you have accidentally pressed the "Remove Log" button, you can always undo this action by pressing ‘Undo’ at the top of the page.
