Monitoring reports allow you to view a count, sum or average of the selected log over a set period of time.

How do I access Monitoring Reports?

To access the Monitoring Reports go to the Reports tab and then select Monitoring Reports.

What logs can I view in the monitoring report?

You have access to 9 new different reports: Fluids, Food, Repositioning, Weight, Social Activities, Mood, Temperature, Wash and Custom reports.

To view more details inside reports, you can:

  • Filter reports: select specific date range, service user, and carer.

  • Hover for information: Hover over a value to see date and total logs.

  • Click for details: Click the value to view service user's logs, auto-filtered by your chosen date range. Add extra filters for a more detailed overview.

Custom reports

Create Custom reports for increased visibility of specific service user needs.
To create a custom report select a specific date range, service user, carer, log category and item. You can select one or more service users and carers, log categories and items.

To further customise the monitoring reports, navigate to Settings > Monitoring Reports, and toggle the desired reports in the Care Office's Monitoring Reports section.
