The Download Centre is a feature available to customers on the Pro and Outstanding Plan where admins and group admins can download important care-related data in bulk and all from one page.

As a user on the Pro plan you can download CSV files on the following:
Team members
Service Users
Logs
Risk Assessments
Care Plans
The Download Centre for Outstanding plan users
As a user on the Outstanding plan you can download CSV files on the following:
Team members
Service Users
Logs
Risk Assessments
Care Plans
Downloading individual CSV files
The Download Centre allows you to download individual files within each of the download categories and filter accurately to export exactly what you're looking for.
The 'Logs' and 'Care Plans' category allow you to filter specific date ranges
Downloading CSV files in bulk
The bulk download function can be found at the top of the page. This allows you to download all available data for multiple CSV in a single go.

The download process will work in the same way as for Pro users with the addition of site selection
