How do I create a new account for my care service?

If you're part of a group, your homes can be connected through our Outstanding Plan. To add a new home from your group, follow the same steps below and contact Support using the chat bubble on the bottom right. We will schedule a call to show you how it works and discuss how it will work best for you.

To create a new account for your care service, you will need to use the sign-up form on our website and follow the instructions to sign up for your care service.

Step 1

Enter the relevant information such as your care service and your full name. If you have a PHB (Personal Health Budget) please include the name of the person you're caring for and PHB at the end in the name and service name. ( for example Johnny Rivers- PHB).

Step 2

Once you have signed up and a member of our team has checked that your submitted information is correct, you will get an email notification confirming your account and for you to set up your pin and password.
