There are a few ways for you to export data from the system and obtain important information. If you're a Pro or Outstanding admin, you can use our Download Centre to export data such as:
Team members
Clients
Logs
Risk Assessments and Care Plans

Downloading logs
1. Go to the logs page
By navigating to the logs page in the Care Office, you can see the full list of logs that have been created for all your clients.
2. If needed, filter the logs to what you're looking for
If you want to download/export some or all of the data, first use the filter button to narrow down the list to what you're looking for e.g. you might want to filter for just one client.
3. Click on the Export CSV button
You can choose to download 'All Logs' or just the filtered logs with 'Current selection'.
You'll receive confirmation that the CSV file has been emailed to you. You can open the file with Microsoft Excel.
