How do I set up zones?

Zoning allows your team to only see the clients they need to.

Available on our Pro Plan, zoning is a great way to organise your clients into different groups (by floor, building, etc). Once you’re set up, carers will be able to see all the zones in the app. They can then select the zone they will be caring for and the app will only show the clients for that selected zone. Follow these simple steps to set up your first zone.

Step 1 - Go to the Settings page

You can find Settings on the top right hand side of the navigation bar. 

Step 2 – Click on zones on the left hand side

If you don't see the Zone option in the settings, you are likely on our free plan, you will need to get in touch with our support team to upgrade.

Step 3 – Then click 'Add Zone'

Step 4 - Fill out the name of the zone and add the clients.

The name of the zone will appear in the Carer App so make sure it’s easy for everyone to understand. For example, Ground Floor, First Floor.

Step 5 - Click 'Add'

Everyone who has not been added to this first zone will be automatically added to ‘Unassigned’. This is also where any new clients will be added. 

And that’s it! Feel free to add as many zones as you need.

In the app, your team can now select which zone they will be caring for and only see the clients in that zone.

Zones are available on the Pro and Oustanding plan
