Once zones have been set up by an admin in the Care Office, you will now be able to select a zone in the app.
When you know what zone you will be caring for, choosing that zone will filter the clients you see, so you only have to focus on the clients you need to.
Step 1 – Go to your profile page in the app and select ‘See Zones’
Step 2 – You will need to unselect 'Show Everyone'
This will be the automatic default for the first time you are selecting a zone. If needed, you can always go back and re-select 'Show Everyone' to see all the clients.
Step 3 – Select what zone you are caring for
Here, you can toggle between each zone to select the zone you need. You also have the option to select more than one zone if needed.
Step 4 – Go to the home page and start logging!
Now, when you go back to the home page you will only see the clients that are in your selected zone.
