How do I archive a Client?

How to change the status of a Client when they have left your service

There are several reasons why you might want to keep their data but stop them from showing in the mobile app e.g. if they have gone to hospital, been discharged back home or if someone has passed away.

To archive and change the status of a client, you need to go to the client list in the Care Office in the top menu, click on the client name to view their profile page and click on edit profile.

Then change their Status to one of the below options then click save:

  • Inactive

  • Hospitalised

  • Deceased

  • Discharged

Changing the status will not delete any data. Everything will still be saved on the cloud and you can change their status back to active if you ever need to.

If you want to find the data of archived clients, go to the client's list and switch the toggle on the left-hand side to see all.
