A carer needs to be assigned to a client before they can see their to-do's and have their faces showing on the home screen.

The default setting is that every client is automatically assigned to every carer.
If your clients are only looked after by certain carers (i.e. on a strict keyworker basis), you can set this up by limiting which carers are assigned to each client.
Step 1: Head to the clients list and select a client profile, then scroll down to the 'Site related information' section and click the pencil icon to edit
Step 2: Uncheck the 'assign to all carers' option, and select the 'Assign to selected carers' option
Step 3: From here, you can choose the selected carers via the dropdown, or by typing their name. Once one is selected, you can also make them a Keyworker.
Once saved, you will be able to see all assigned carers from the client's profile page
Carers will see the changes made from the next time they unlock the app.
