If your organisation is using the Pro or Outstanding Plan, you and your team will receive notifications on your mobile devices when an incident is recorded on the Carer App. Users with admin or senior carer access will receive these notifications - carers who only have access to the Carer App will not.

When clicking on the incident notification, it will automatically navigate you to the service user's logs in the Carer App - ready to review.
To enable notifications, you will need to allow them when the app asks for permission. Alternatively, you can go into your device settings and change this there.
