When you’ve opened the Carer App from your smart phone you’ll be prompted for your email and PIN code. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, select “Forgot your PIN?” From the bottom left and you’ll be asked for your email.
An email from us containing instructions on how to reset your PIN will be sent to your email address.
