If you've forgotten your password, the easiest thing is to reset it from the Care Office sign-in screen by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link. You will get emailed a link to set up a new one.
Alternatively, another administrator from your organisation can also re-send your invitation link by email.
They will be able to re-send it by following the below steps:
Step 1: Go into the care office under the 'Team' section
Step 2: Click on the team member whom you need to resend the invite to
Step 3: Press the 'Resend invite' button on the right-hand side
All done, you should be able to sign in with your new password.
