Pay Rates Report

The Pay Rates Report gives managers an overview of team members’ pay based on reconciled visits and shifts.

It can be used to:

  • View total pay per team member

  • Understand how pay is calculated

  • Export pay data for payroll processing


Where can I find the report?

To access the Pay Rates Report:

  1. Go to the Reports tab

  2. Navigate to the Rostering section on the left-hand side

  3. Select Pay Rates Report

The report will display pay information for all team members based on the selected time period. All calculations are based on reconciled events from the Reconciliation tab.


Using the report

  1. Use the time filter to select the relevant pay period

  2. Review the summary to see total pay per team member

  3. Check the “Needs attention” column for any unreconciled events

⚠️ If any items are marked as “Needs attention”, the report may not be fully accurate.


Viewing a detailed breakdown

To view how a team member’s pay is calculated:

  1. Select a team member from the report

  2. A detailed view will open, showing:

    1. Reconciled visits and shifts

    2. Applied pay rates

    3. A breakdown of total pay

    4. A summary of visits, shifts, and absences
