The flag typically includes:

  • What adjustment is required

  • Why the adjustment is needed

Reasonable Adjustments are added to the service user’s profile under Care Related Information.

How to add a Reasonable Adjustment:

  1. Log in to the Care Office.

  2. Navigate to the Individuals tab.

  3. Select the relevant Service User.

  4. On the service user’s profile, locate and open Care Related Information.

  5. Select the option to Add Reasonable Adjustment.

  6. Enter the details of:

    • The adjustment required

    • The reason for the adjustment

  7. Save your changes.

Once saved, the Reasonable Adjustment flag will be visible on the service user’s profile to ensure all staff are aware of the required support needs. If the service user requires more than one Reasonable Adjustment, you can add multiple entries by repeating the steps above.
