How to add needs for your service users

Once an admin or group admin has set up the skills template for your service, you can record what needs your service users have.

To add needs for service users, you'll need to have Senior Carer or Admin access to sign in to the Care Office. Once you have set up the skills template for your service, you can record what needs your service users have.

Care Plan

The easiest way to assign needs is through the care or support plans tab. Select a plan and click 'review'

In the needs box, you'll now be able add keyword badges

Profile

Any needs not covered in a care plan can be added via the service user's profile.

On the profile tab, select Needs then Assign new needs

You can then select from Needs you've added via the template and add notes about this need. These needs and notes will show on the profile section of the Carer app so are a great way of letting your team know about important needs.
