Once you've added skills to the template for your service, you'll be able to be able to add them to a team member's profile.
In the care office, head to the Team section and find the person you'd like to add skills.
Scroll down to Training & Skills and click 'View Details'
You can see a list of any training and skills you have already assigned to this team member.
Click on the 'Assign new skill' button and choose the skills or training the team member has completed, with a completion date if applicable. Training expiring will be calculated from this date.
Once you're done, click confirm.
You will only be able to assign team members skills which have already been populated in the template.
Each team member will be able to see the skills and training for them via the Carer app.
