How do I know what version of the app I am on?

You can check your current app version in either of the following places:

1. Login screen (shown before you sign in)

2. Profile tab (after logging in)

The version number will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

I'm on the latest App Store version, but I don't have the latest update. Why?

This can happen because some fixes and improvements are released using code push. Code push allows us to deliver small updates (such as bug fixes or UI improvements) without requiring you to download a new version from the App Store. These updates are downloaded in the background the next time you log in to the app.

How do I ensure that I have the latest version?

To ensure the latest updates are fully applied, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you’re on the latest downloadable version on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Open the app

  3. Log in to your account

  4. Leave the app open for 1–2 minutes

    1. This allows the latest update to download in the background

    2. You can continue using the app while this happens

  5. Completely close the app

    1. Make sure it is fully shut down (not just in the background)

  6. Reopen the app

  7. Check the version number again on the login or profile screen

You should now see the latest version number.
