Referral Process
Before your friend signs up ensure to give them the name of your care service. Upon sign up they can add this information by choosing "Recommended by a colleague/another service" and entering your care service name in the textbox below:

Once the new account has subscribed and paid for a month, you will receive an Amazon voucher.
Log my Care Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Log my Care Referral Scheme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
I. Referral Rewards
When you refer a new customer who signs up for a Log my Care plan, you will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
Your company will also benefit by receiving one month free upon renewal of their annual Log my Care subscription. This benefit is capped at a maximum value of £500.
II. Referral Limits
You may refer up to twelve friends in any given calendar year.
III. Payment of Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are paid out after the referred customer has successfully onboarded and paid for at least one month’s subscription.
IV. Definition of a New Customer
A new customer is defined as someone who has not had a Log my Care account in the past 12 months and is not affiliated with a Group of companies that is already an existing Log my Care customer.
