At Log My Care, we understand the importance of providing you with the flexibility to manage your Care and Support Plan reports effectively - especially if you have an inspection coming up! With our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans feature, you have the power to control when you start using them as this will impact care and support plan reports. Here's how you can turn on PBS:

Step 1: Navigate to preferences

Log in to your Log My Care account and navigate to the settings menu.

Choose ‘Preferences', click ‘General’ and scroll down to Support or Care Plan Preferences - this is where you can enable or disable the feature.

Step 2: Enabling PBS

Toggle the PBS feature to the "On" position to activate it.

What reports are affected when I switch on PBS?

As PBS is a care and support plan template, it will reduce your metrics on the following care and support plan reports:

% Plans Completed on the Home Page

% Completed will be impacted until you complete the first reviews for all your service users for Positive Behaviour Support Plans. If you aren't ready to do them all at once, you can set them as 'no further support required' on individual service users.

Effective Reports on CQI:

Signed Care Plans: % care and support plans with a consent signature captured in the last 6 months. The signature is usually done by the service user or a family member. This will reduce until you add signatures for Positvie Behaviour Support Plans

Responsive Reports on CQI:

Support Plans Completed: PBS contribute to the total completion status of support plans.

Support Plans in Date: PBS will also impact the total care plans in date across your service service users.
