The Occupancy Report allows you to track the number of active Service Users within your home in real-time, giving you an insight into the occupancy at present and over time.

Step 1: Locate the Occupancy tab and set up your capacity βš™οΈ

The Occupancy Report can be found via the Reports tab in the Care Office. Simply click 'Set up Bed Capacity' to get started.

Step 2: Add your home's bed capacity πŸ›οΈ

You will be taken to preferences where you need to scroll down, input the bed capacity and 'Save Changes'.

Step 3: View your home's Occupancy Report πŸ“ˆ

Once you have set up the bed capacity via preferences, you can return to 'Reports' > 'Occupancy Report'. You will see an overview of all the active service users available in your service.

  • The 'Funding' chart shows your current active service users by type of funding.
β€‹πŸ’‘ To avoid 'Empty' states in the 'Funding' graph, go to service user 'Profile' > 'Edit" > select the relevant type of funding and 'Save Changes'.

  • The 'Current Occupancy' gives you an oversight of your current bed capacity based on the number of active service users.

  • The 'Change Over Time' graph shows you the percentage of beds occupied displayed over time.

This way, you can easily identify trends like seasonal fluctuations in occupancy, periods with the most revenue and identify when your Log my Care bill changed in price.
