How do I review a goal?

Step 1: Click on the goal that you’d like to review 🎯

To view a goal, first navigate to a client’s profile and locate the ‘Care Planning’ section, on the left-hand, then click on ‘Goals’ to find the goal you’d like to review. Next, click on the blue ‘Review’ button in the right-hand corner.

Step 2: Make amendments if necessary ✍️

You will have the ability to make changes to any fields you have previously filled out, for example, you can add more detail to the description for why your client wants to achieve a goal.

Editing or unlinking Care Plans and Documents

You may decide that you no longer require a Care Plan or a document to be attached to a specific goal. To unlink, simply click on the three dots to the right of a Care Plan or document. It’s important to note that clicking on the three dots won’t give you the option to review a Care Plan.

Adding a consent signature

As a manager, you’re able to add a signature to show that the client has consented to the set goal. After you’ve clicked on the goal, locate the pencil icon at the top of the page and follow the steps to complete the signature.

Step 3: Finalise changes ✅

Once you’re happy with the changes made to the goal, ensure the review date has been checked, then click on the blue ‘Save’ button in the bottom-right corner. Your amendments have now been made!
