Your feedback is very important to us. That's why we've revamped our feature request board to ensure we're collecting and prioritising your feedback effectively and keeping you updated on all the planned changes.
Main changes
The overall function of our feature request board has not changed. You can still submit your ideas and upvote and comment on feature requests you're keen on.
Here's what's new:
Easily see what our team is working on behind the scenes, by making use of the new tabs ‘Under consideration’, ‘Planned’, ‘Beta’, and ‘Launched’.
To make the page easier to explore, you’ll now only see requests that we need more feedback on and those we're working on. But have no fear - all your submitted ideas are visible to our product team on the backend.
When upvoting or commenting on a feature, you can now indicate how important this idea is to you by choosing the 'nice-to-have', 'important' or 'critical' button.
How to submit a new idea or request
Step 1: Click on the question mark icon at the top of the page on the home dashboard in the Care Office
Step 2: Click 'Share your feedback'
You'll get re-directed to our product roadmap showing you what features we're considering building soon, which we're working on and what's already been launched.
Step 3: Click 'Submit idea' in the top-right corner
Step 4: Tell us all about your idea and click 'Submit'
Don't forget to select how important this idea is for you.
Once, you hit 'Submit', your idea will be sent directly to our product team.
How to upvote and comment on a feature
Step 1: Navigate to the product roadmap
Click on the question mark icon at the top of the page on the home dashboard in the Care Office and click on 'Submit your feedback'. You'll get re-directed to our product roadmap showing you what features we're considering building soon, which we're working on and what's already been launched.
Step 2: Click on the feature you're keen on
Step 3: Indicate how important this is to you and leave a comment
Once you've clicked on the 'nice-to-have', 'important' or 'critical' button, you'll be able to give us some more insights into why you like this feature or what you'd like to add to it.
What happened to your previous requests?
Don't worry, we did not delete your previous requests, comments and upvotes. We still have all that data available behind the scenes. It's simply no longer publicly visible, to make it easier for you to explore the features we're considering building in the near future.
We've moved all the top-requested features to our new board. You'll find most of them in our new 'Under consideration' tab.
