When exploring our Care Office and our Carer App, you may think of a feature that your care service will find helpful.

We always love hearing from you and are always looking for ways to make our product better and easier to use.

In order to suggest an idea or look at existing suggestions, you can click on the "Share your feedback" link that can be found next to the "What's next" section on your Care Office dashboard:

Once you have clicked on that link, you will see this pop-up:

From this pop, you can click on the "submit idea" button to write down any features that you would like to see.

If you scroll down, you will also see features requested by others. You can click on the button with the arrow on the right to upvote the idea. If an idea receives enough upvotes, we will consider implementing it into our system.

You can also see which ideas suggested by the care community are planned or are in progress.
