The stock alert level can be set for each medication. If the stock falls below this level (e.g. below 10 Ibuprofen) then prompts will be displayed in the Care Office.

Follow the steps to add a medication, At the bottom of the second page of options, you can set a stock alert level as well as your current stock.

Expected stock will be calculated each time a medication is administered or there is a reduction in number for any reason. Once stock reaches the chosen stock alert level a notification will be shown in the Carer App and Care Office.

You can view stock levels by going to the Care Office > Reports> eMAR reports and then clicking on 'Stock Level', you can also click on the client's profile and check under the medication tab.
