If a contact is no longer allowed access to the Family Portal, you can choose to make them inactive. They will no longer be able to log into the app and access their relative's information.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Find the client who's contact you need to stop access for and press ‘Edit profile’.
Step 2: For the question ‘Is this contact allowed access to the Family Portal?’, click ‘No’.
Step 3: Press ‘Save’.
A log will automatically be created with the changes you have made.
The family member also will receive an email telling them they no longer have access.
