To start allowing families to use the Family Portal add-on, you'll first need to activate the Family Portal add-on for your care service in the Care Office.
Step 1: Click on Settings in the top right-hand corner
Step 2: Go to 'Family Portal' and then click set up the family portal
Step 3: Click 'Set up Family Portal' and go through the setup
You'll now go through setting up your Family Portal for your care service. You can choose to hide/show different features.
Step 4: Complete
You can now start inviting family members to use the app.
